La Conac - Horezu

Our inn has been built with love so that our guests will feel that they spend their time in a special place, uniquely designed for them:

  • The interior decorations, accessories and furniture are reminiscent of traditional Romanian lordly house;
  • The rooms and the breakfast area are designed to allow the guests free access to all the amenities;
  • The guests are offered:
    • 5 o’clock tea;
    • homemade cookies;
    • local preserves and sherbet;
  • The lounge area is traditionally decorated, with a large fireplace and a dining area, ideal for spending your free time. Here you can have parties, watch movies, listen to music, read a book, or spend quality time with your friends;
  • The deck area opens up to a wonderful sight: herds of cattle or sheep climbing up and down the hills at regular times throughout the day;
  • The grill and brick oven are available whenever you wish to try traditional Romanian food;
  • The fresh smell of hay and the chirping of the birds will make your stay at our inn a delightful experience;
  • You can relax and sunbathe on comfortable chaise lounges, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city;
  • You can visit the pottery sheds nearby and admire the art of the internationally-renown Horezu potters; you can also buy traditional pottery from our very own boutique.
Its beautiful landscapes and rich history make the Horezu area a highly attractive destination with a wide variety of handicraft shops, monasteries and museums.
